Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

1.1. This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of sparkk.one processes personal data of visitors to the Service, in accordance with applicable data protection law, including — where the subject is located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom — the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1.2. Operator: Individual Entrepreneur Vladimir Sergeevich Bondar (ИП Бондарь Владимир Сергеевич), a sole proprietor registered in the Russian Federation. Full registration details are in "Operator Details" at the end of this document.

1.3. Service, as used in this Policy, means the sparkk.one website: the Sparkk platform's marketing page and the /admin section, through which a club owner signs in to their club's admin panel. This Policy does not cover the processing of data belonging to a club's own members (subscribers) — each club owner is the independent controller of their members' data, under that club's own privacy policy (published at https://<slug>.sparkk.one/legal/privacy or on the club's subdomain).

1.4. This document is specific to sparkk.one. Sparkk also operates sparkk.ru, a separate contour for the Russian Federation with its own infrastructure and its own Russian-language privacy policy; that document is not part of this one and this one does not describe it.

1.5. By using the Service — opening the demo-request form or the sign-in page — the subject confirms they have read this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not continue using the Service.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1. Demo request

The form on sparkk.one ("Launch your club") lets a visitor leave a contact so the Operator can show them the platform and help set up a club — during this soft-launch stage there is no self-serve sign-up.

Data: name; a contact method (Telegram handle, e-mail, or phone number — free text, as entered); an optional comment about the club.

Legal basis: consent, given by submitting the form (the text next to the submit button links to this Policy).

2.2. Club-owner sign-in

The /admin section is a club's management panel for its owner. Sign-in is passwordless: an e-mail code, or optionally Yandex ID.

Data: e-mail address; when signing in via Yandex ID, the e-mail and profile name Yandex provides after authentication.

Legal basis: performance of the platform service agreement with the club owner; no separate consent is required for this purpose.

2.3. Technical data for site security

Data: technical information your browser sends with every request (IP address, browser type) — used only to operate the site (TLS, abuse prevention) and not retained, tied to an identity, longer than that purpose requires. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Legal basis: the Operator's legitimate interest in keeping the Service running and secure.

3. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How We Share Your Data

4.1. The Operator does not disclose personal data to third parties without the subject's consent, except as required by law.

4.2. The following subprocessors support the Service:

Each subprocessor receives only the data minimally necessary for the service it provides.

5. International Data Transfers

Because sparkk.one's hosting and e-mail delivery run on infrastructure outside the Russian Federation, using the Service on this domain involves transferring your data there. Where GDPR applies to you, such transfers rely on the safeguards each subprocessor provides for cross-border processing.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion; object to or request restriction of processing; withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us as described in Section 9. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and respond within 10 business days.

8. Cookies

The Service does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookie the site sets is strictly necessary for the Service to function (e.g., session state) and does not track you across other sites.

9. Requests and Contact

9.1. Send requests (access, correction, deletion, objection, or a general question about this Policy) to hello@sparkk.ru, describing what you're asking for and including contact details that let us identify you (the same contact you used in your demo request, or your admin account e-mail).

9.2. We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and respond within 10 business days of receipt.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at the address in Section 9 and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

The Operator may update this Policy. A new version takes effect once published here. Continuing to use the Service after a new version is published means you have reviewed the changes.
